TEAL’s Code of Business Conduct embodies the commitment of TEAL Exploration & Mining Incorporated and its subsidiaries to conduct its business in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and generally accepted ethical standards.

TEAL is committed to providing full and open disclosure to its shareholders and the investment community in general. As a matter of policy, it will provide timely and accurate disclosure of information in accordance with regulatory requirements and good corporate governance. The objectives of this Corporate Disclosure Policy are to:
(i) establish the basic principles upon which directors, officers and employees will make decisions regarding the disclosure of information and
(ii) set standards of conduct for directors, officers and employees in respect of the disclosure of information.

TEAL has a set policy pertaining to any sale or purchase of its securities, whether listed on the TSX and/or the JSE; or any unlisted securities that are convertible into listed TEAL shares; or any derivative, financial product, warrant, or depositary receipt that relates to or is referable to a share or price of a share of TEAL. This policy covers all directors and officers of TEAL or Associates thereof together with all grantees under TEAL’s Share Appreciation Rights Plan.
